- When we found ourselves at our top weight of (Chris - 355 lbs & Steph - 315 lbs) last year, we were desperate for a change. Chris and I have both battled obesity our entire lives - childhood through adulthood - always the fat kid. We have tried everything to change that. We learned about Take Shape For Life in the Spring of 2011 and it has quite literally saved our lives! We've lost more than 250 lbs since that time. More importantly, we FEEL great and are able to be the kind of spouse and parents that we want to be! We decided to become Certified Health Coaches with Take Shape for Life to help others achieve and sustain their long-term health and weight-loss goals. We can help YOU! I'm impressed with Emma, and also with whoever wrote this song--it really is poignant. I feel for her and all that she had to go through.
I just discovered that you had made this site and was so happy to see it! I love your spirit and your willingness to share so purely and so beautifully what you believe. Thank you for your example of faithfulness. It strengthens my own.

hey I would love some more advice about going private...it says you can list up to 100 email address and I have never had any problem getting to other friends blogs as long as I am signed into my account, but if you had advice...I'm definitely up for some! Thanks so much
Stephanie - I guess I'm a little slow, but I just found your LDS site. Amazing. Beautiful. Wonderful. I think YOU are incredible. But, as a side note, I probably shouldn't have watched this video right AFTER I'd done my make-up. Very powerful.
