- When we found ourselves at our top weight of (Chris - 355 lbs & Steph - 315 lbs) last year, we were desperate for a change. Chris and I have both battled obesity our entire lives - childhood through adulthood - always the fat kid. We have tried everything to change that. We learned about Take Shape For Life in the Spring of 2011 and it has quite literally saved our lives! We've lost more than 250 lbs since that time. More importantly, we FEEL great and are able to be the kind of spouse and parents that we want to be! We decided to become Certified Health Coaches with Take Shape for Life to help others achieve and sustain their long-term health and weight-loss goals. We can help YOU!
